- Thanks for a really interesting and thought provoking weekend. Group number was excellent and worked really well together. - Very friendly~ made the workshop fun and so I took more in. Very “hands on” and everyone was included and listened to. Emails and phone conversations very friendly and good information and help given. The small group was good, everyone was made to feel important. I am very much looking forward to the full course in February and maybe meeting some of the students again. I will use what I have learned and take it into everyday living. Very FUN! I thought the course was very well structured and informative. Although I’ve been a teacher for quite a while, I felt that I got an immense amount from the feedback from the observational teaching sessions. It was an intense course, but at the same time managed to be a lot of fun. A very practical course for a subject which requires this approach. Loved the informal, friendly Mat Pilates Level 3 course. In addition, I gained so much working/Business knowledge along the way. I came to realise I had spent years working "IN" the Business, but not "ON" the Business. I found Fiona`s easy, matter of fact approach to Business inspirational and the incentive I needed to finally do some marketing of my own. Happy to say I now have a website, business cards, uniform, and people know where Iam and what I do, all of which had never really occured to me before! The Academy has always been, and remains a great source of help and information in more ways than one!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your efforts and your realistic approach to teaching, I have learned more than you can imagine. I am delighted I have passed (particularly the theory test, what a relief.)..I will be in touch again as I will want to develop on this skill, and you will be the first person that I turn to.

Things have really gone from strength to strength since gaining my qualification and I am being offered jobs in local clubs I could not teach in before.....so thank you once again Fiona, you are an amazing teacher.

The Fitness training world needs more Training Providers like EnergyWise Academy !!! My faith in fitness training providers has been restored ! After my recent negative experience of training for my Level 2 Gym Instructor cert with a well known training organisation...I was having BIG problems in deciding whether to sign up with them again for my Exercise to Music qualification or go for another large organisation which may or may not be better.
Last week I noticed a wee posting onFacebook by a Fiona Brown, principal tutor of The EnergyWise Academy based in Edinburgh.I called her to ask about the ETM Reps 20 course that was about to start, was immediately impressed by her enthusiasm, knowledge and passion for providing high quality training.I am now one of 6 women from diverse experiences who met last Friday night in a small studio and spent the next two days experiencing an impressive level of relevant theoretical knowledge and practical training which I am so excited to be recieving!!.
It is just on a far superior level to that which I've experienced before.Having someone with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and who is still currently and PASSIONATELY delivering fitness classes is an invaluable benefit. There is no doubting that not only do they care about the quality of teaching that they give us as students but also about the quality of tuition that we will give to our own students!! I feel inspired,even more motivated...and so confident that I shall, by the end of my training experience with The EnergyWiseAcademy have exceeded my expectations of myself as a ETM Instructor,,,,you cant buy that!!
